The bank statement upload is amazing!! So easy to follow and cuts down data entry time by up to 50%! With this facility it allows me to segregate the monthly data entry depending on the size of the client and also bookkeeping budget. This allows me to work as a team with my clients, where we get the job done to an accountants standard without a huge bill at the end of every month. By using the csv files and deleting the line items not applicable, it allows me to use this facility for the adhoc business costs which have gone through personal credit cards. This way I can avoid spending double the amount of time capturing debit and credit journal entries!
I absolutely love the running balance on the Bank recon. It makes reconciling so easy and quick!!
I love the fact that you can capture a long string of journal entries on the same page on different dates. In other accounting packages, you would have to capture each journal for each date at a different time. With this option, you are able to copy and paste the details and do as many debit and credits necessary to finish off quickly and efficiently.
Unlike other accounting packages the GST and BAS report is laid out just like the BAS return, so anyone can transpose all the details with great ease – without having to understand and recalculate the GST inclusive figure to the GST figure! Great stuff!
