We are looking for a self starter who can build relationships, make sales and influence key decision makers. You will need to be very well presented and well spoken, have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong customer relationships. Knowledge of accounting software would be an added benefit.

As a Regional Sales Manager, we will give you exclusive rights within your region which means you will get commission on ALL clients signing up in your area no matter if the sale has been arranged by you or not. As the local representative of CoWorker Online we expect you to deal with all clients within your area, as you will be a resident of that state.

A commission of 35% is given for all clients signing up and paid annually. This commission is retained year after year as long as the client is a paying user of the system.

A target will be set for the region and must be reached by the end of the financial year (measured quarterly). The targets are very reasonable and should be easy to reach for the right sales manager. We will discuss and set the targets with the right candidate.
