CoWorker has had a VERY positive impact on our business, and most importantly on me personally - my lifestyle that is! There is no question that our business is better managed financially because of CoWorker. I believe I am like many, if not most, small business owners who struggle with the paperwork burden, not necessarily because we can’t do it, but because we have difficulty in prioritizing it. It is too easy to put off the paperwork because we think our time is better spent at the sharp end of the business, where the customers are, where the sales are being made, where the money is! For the first time in nearly 20 years of running my own business, my accounts are never more than a month out of date, and I mean a full set of accounts – I know our sales figures, our costs (in detail), our profitability, even our balance sheet position, monthly. CoWorker would provide all of that weekly if I required it. Our BAS return is always ready for me to sign before it is due, group certificates are prepared on time without any effort from me, and perhaps best of all I can go to our tax accountants soon after the end of the financial year with a very detailed set of books, in electronic form, that require little extra effort (and therefore minimal costs) to prepare our tax returns. I get all of the above in return for about 2 hours per week of my personal time, and a payment of just $130 per month to CoWorker. From an administration/management perspective, CoWorker is clearly the best thing to have happened to our business. I strongly recommend it to any small to medium business owner(s) – give it a trial – I am sure you will be amazed like I was.

My wife and I used a number of different programs for our small business. And after hours of pain & headaches we needed something that did not take up too much of our time, then one day we were speaking to a friend, about how much time it took to do our book work for our business, this is when we found out about CoWorker. A fantastic computer program. Well we have to tell you that after trying the other programs, which we won’t mention, they have nothing like CoWorker. Here are a just a few things that CoWorker does: Reconciliation, GST,Wages, BAS Statements, Profit & loss, Invoices to customers, Schedules, etc. My wife is a novice when it comes to computers, yet she breezes though CoWorker. That frees up more time for our business. CoWorker frees myself and my wife up to be able to spend more time with the family as well. It only takes one hour a week, I recommend this program to any business (and I have to a number of them), and all of this for a few dollars.

I am new to CoWorker and have yet to see the full system in all it's flavor. However, having dealt with the people involved, the service & the setup of the application I am very impressed. I like the way CoWorker does their business, just like I do, client focused, dealing with the clients needs, make the necessary adjustments to suit the client. CoWorker seems to have worked out what is important to the individual business, rather than one system that fit all (MYOB and friends). I am very happy and look forward to my first set of reconciled reports.
